Worked for over 20 years with one of the Indonesia’s leading Food business corporation (Indofood), as an experienced Professional in Marketing, Product Development and Business Development related business. Evelyn’s career moved to Business consultant in the development of partnership & new business opportunities in order to boost innovation & growth and expansion the business.
Born in Medan, north Sumatra-Indonesia, hold a Master’s degree in Education, a MBA diploma and a bachelor’s degree in Economic. Business development experience between Asia since 2000.


Jose Emmanuel Apolo

Jojo Apolo. An executive in charge of domestic and overseas sales of a top 5 FMCG company in Indonesia. He has given numerous seminars on sales, personal & spiritual development in Southeast Asia. He established a 500,000 direct outlet coverage via 300 distribution networks with real-time sales & stock systems.

He pioneered the use of IPAD’s for salesmen, use creative “Quantum Sales” games and established same-day delivery service guarantees for medical products. His greatest passion is to build people & organizations thus while searching for the latest sales development techniques. He studied NLP which led him  to interview the top 25 salesman (out of 1,700). He found a 7 step pattern for  sales excellence that he strengthened with NLP techniques. This ‘New Breakthrough Selling Advantage’ framework grew sales and productivity measures by 26-32%. 

He is a certified Master Practitioner and Trainer of NLP from the National Federation of Neuro-Linguistic Programming, USA and American Union of NLP, USA and also certified by John Grinder's NLP ACADEMY. He is the author of the books :

Lukas Setia Atmaja Ph.D

Lukas Setia-Atmaja is a lecturer, researcher and practitioner in finance, corporate governance and investment area.  He earned his Ph.D. in Banking and Finance from Monash University, Australia; and M.Sc. in Finance from the University of Wisconsin at Madison, U.S.A. His teaching, training and research interests include corporate governance, corporate finance and investment. His research has been published in quality International Journals. He has been active in corporate training and consulting since 1994. His portfolio includes leading companies such as Pertamina and Astra Internasional. He was one of the Committee Member for Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) in formulating and developing "The Corporate Governance Road Map in Indonesia". He is also financial columnist in Harian KONTAN, Harian Seputar Indonesia and several local newspapers.


Irene Vidyanti Ph.D
Advisor at Champs-Global in Los Angeles
Irene Vidyanti is a Data Scientist for the Los Angeles County Chief Information Office. She is also affiliated with the University of Southern California (USC)'s Schaeffer Center for Health Policy and Economics (as a Collaborating Programmer) and RAND (as an Adjunct Researcher). She received her Ph.D. in Industrial and Systems Engineering from University of Southern California and her Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Information and Computer Engineering from Cambridge University. Her expertise lies in using systems science and data science to aid in operations, policy planning, and decision-making. She has led several research / analytics and data science efforts in Los Angeles County. She is currently the Principal Investigator in a research study to evaluate the cross-sector impact of a program targeting low income pregnant women in Los Angeles County. Her previous research has included the development of a simulation model to evaluate the cost-benefit of various diabetic retinopathy screening strategies and in the design and evaluation of a technology-assisted depression screening and monitoring tool among diabetic patients in safety-net clinics in Los Angeles County.
